Sustainable Seafood Soiree
June 6, 2019 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Back by popular demand, our 3rd Annual Sustainable Seafood Soiree returns to Safe Harbor Pilots Point Marina North Yard Clubhouse, a CT Certified Clean Marina. You are cordially invited to join us for an evening of locally and sustainably farmed oyster and kelp delicacies, hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine. Enjoy these delicacies over picturesque views of the marina. With a short presentation by UConn Sea Grant’s Aquaculture and Fisheries Program, you will learn how their efforts with the growing local aquaculture industry are making Connecticut’s $30 million shellfish industry a sustainable one.
Proceeds benefit The Rockfall Foundation’s grant-making and community programming. $75/person or $250 for a group of four (save $12.50 per person).
