Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, collection of such information when Users visit our Site or fill out a form on our Site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site, including processing transactions, such as for an event ticket purchase, making a donation, or any similar transaction. Users may be asked to furnish, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address and/or phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously, though the Site may not be fully functional to anonymous users (e.g., event sign-ups, on-line donations, etc). We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, subject, again, to limitations on the functionality of certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the User’s browser name, the type of computer and technical information about a User’s means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.

A User may choose to set the User’s web browser to refuse these cookies, or to alert the User when cookies are being sent. If a User elects to make any browser setting on the User’s computer that is designed to prevent “cookies” or to enable any other ‘non-tracking’ system, note that (a) Rockfall will not be responsible if that technology fails to operate as intended on our Site, and (b) the operation of some parts of our Site may not be fully functional or may not function properly or as intended.
