St. Vincent’s Gardens Educational Program

St. Vincent’s Gardens – A Recovery Model of Care at St. Vincent de Paul Middletown encourages Soup Kitchen guests to engage in positive, community-oriented activities and skill-building opportunities.  In this program, guests will be encouraged to grow vegetable plants in pots and via hydroponics and mushroom logs and tend to them in the Urban-Eco Sanctuary in the fenced-in backyard, on the roof patio, or in their own apartments. Grant Amount: $1,500.
