Hammonasset Beach Clean-up

Join us for a morning where the sea meets the sand!
Though the park has a crew to clean and comb the beach every night, lots of litter gets left behind. Help us grow a happier coastline by pitching in for a few hours of work you can feel good about!
The teams from cinder + salt and The Rockfall Foundation will be convening at Middle Beach. Parking is free for all CT license plates and all clean-up supplies will be provided. Get a primo parking spot and enjoy the rest of the day on the beach or riding the bike trails.
This event is weather permitting; If we need to cancel due to heavy rain or inclement weather, we will reschedule for the following Sunday. If weather persists, this event will be cancelled. You may want to bring sunglasses, a jacket and a water bottle.
Water & light snacks will be provided. This event is kid friendly.

Approx one week before the event you will receive an email confirming your registration. There will be a short survey requesting your shirt size; please respond in a timely manner so that all volunteers will have a t-shirt waiting for them.
