The Rockfall Foundation announces the creation of a new Associate Director Position.

The Rockfall Foundation seeks a detail-oriented, collaborative, organized, and experienced professional to fill the newly created Associate Director position.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join the leadership team at an established environmental non-profit. As part of a small two person office, The Associate Director  will be responsible for communications, including social media, marketing and promotions, administration of the yearly grants program and administrative oversite of Rockfall committees. The Associate Director will also share with the Executive Director, financial responsibilities, office administrative, deKoven House management and program and event development and implementation responsibilities.

Position: Associate Director

Reports to: Executive Director

Location: Middletown, CT.  Local travel and some evening/weekend hours will be required.  (All subject to COVID-19 conditions and guidelines.)

Status: Full-time (35 -40 hours/week) exempt, competitive salary with benefits.
